More Than Fitness began with a frustration — too many fitness programs treat clients like numbers and chase short-term results that don't last. Steph started this studio to do it differently.

From a small private studio on Spencer Street, the team has now coached hundreds of clients in person and online — from total beginners to seasoned athletes — across weight loss, strength, hormonal health, mobility, and mindset.

We're proud to be a place where people feel genuinely supported, educated, and seen.

Our Docklands studio is intentionally small and private. No queues, no crowded floors, no awkward stares — just clean equipment, dedicated space, and your coach's full attention.
